Well we all know who owns the media. No not the Liberals although they make for better stories. It's the advertisers. One of their big advertisers, especially in a small town is the Municipal Government. So a small town paper would be suicidal to print all those unpleasant words dealing with local Government. Well that's why there's the little rags that aren't owned by the corporate giants and never make any money. Basically there doing their part in the community by delivering the whole message without fear of reprisal. In Fort Erie I have recently been hooked up with one of these rags or "strands" as it's called. Check out the "Crystal Beach Strand" I really think they've under exaggerated themselves. They should have been called the Greater Fort Erie Strand. Good job and Kudo's goes out to Sharron Bowers for her reporting.

And here's the other side of the story. The Crystal Beach Strand represents one side of the story and as most stories there's usually 2 sides. Here's the other. www.ridgewayherald.ca/
